MIDLIFE + LONGEVITY

The Body

we live in

I went looking for ways to feel better in my own body.

The more I learned, the more I realized how many of us were searching for the same answers,

I want to keep doing what I love as I get older.

And I'm guessing you do too.

HOW I GOT HERE

I went looking for ways to feel better in my own body.

In my 40s, my body started changing in ways I didn’t understand.  I was dealing with hormones, low energy, injury, changes in my hair and skin, and a body that wasn’t letting me do the things I love.

So I started learning.

Hormones.  Bloodwork.

Metabolic health.

Peptides. Movement.  Longevity.

The more I learned, the more I realized how many of us are looking for the same answers.

The Body We Live In is where I share what I wish I had known sooner.

You can explore at your own pace and decide what makes sense for you.
